Paccheri alle cozze (homemade) : pasta

This is made with homemade pasta and a very standard recipe lifted from Italian recipe sites. On requires garlic, mussels, and some hot peppers. You fry up the garlic while steaming the mussels, then save the mussel water, which you add to the garlic and pasta. The result is super light, refreshing, and delicious!
