Intolerances and their limitations help please!

Hi, so I found out I have a high intolerance to Gluten, Yeast, Wheat, Dairy + Peanuts and am looking for some suggestions as to what I need to cut out that are normal everyday meals/foods. I barely eat bread anyway and eat gluten free pasta already, but mainly concerned with sauces and things that may contain yeast. Any suggestions/thoughts?
