How to eat healthy when allergic to healthy food, help! : FoodAllergies

I got allergy tested 3 years ago, found out I’m not crazy, I am actually allergic to many things. I tried to avoid everything, but it’s so hard changing a diet you are used to. So I stayed away from things that were worse than others, but still allowed myself to eat things that only make me itchy, or give me skin rashes as opposed to the ones that make my lips swell, or my throat itchy. I don’t know how to get a good balance of healthy foods without getting bored all over again and quitting because I’m tired of only eating the same few things. I’ve thought of hiring a dietician in the past, but I don’t have the money for it now.

List of my food allergies: String-beans, Soy-beans, Banana, Celery, Corn, Carrots, Melon (all), Oranges, Cucumber, Avocado, Almonds, Brazil nut, Cashews, Coconut, Hazelnut, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Walnuts, Milk (casein) (I do drink lactose free milk occasionally, obviously can’t have any other type milk) Barley, Buckwheat (so no bread), Oats, Rice, Rye, Wheat, Yeast, Garlic, Mustard, Nutmeg, and various seafood.

If anyone can offer advice, I would appreciate it!
